Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Geelong Gold Cabs ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our taxi services, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Service Description

Geelong Gold Cabs provides taxi transportation services in Geelong and surrounding areas. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Local taxi rides
• Airport transfers
• Corporate transportation services

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a ride
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• Pay all applicable fares and fees
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any illegal, threatening, or disruptive behavior
• Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose

Booking and Cancellation

You may request a taxi through our website, by phone, or through our mobile application. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested service at the specified time.

If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Fares and Payment

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, airport fees, or other special circumstances.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or other approved payment methods. For credit card payments, you authorize us to charge your card for the full fare amount plus any applicable fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geelong Gold Cabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geelong Gold Cabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
